  • @cport1 I like DT’s focus on real users over imagined ones and implementors (including designers!) and some practices I find useful for alignment, but continue to be wary of DT as a process itself, especially to solve complex problems both physical and software

  • @cport1 Agreed that wasn’t her primary focus, but still think it applies to sw. Same problems, often amplified as DT then becomes the “designer’s process”, separate from implementation.

  • Sign language interpreters at music concerts are my absolute favorite. Always so much more in to it than anyone else in the room, and they’re making the experience accessible! What could be better!
