.@geekgirlweb just reminded me of the greatest #rwd site ever made: artpolikarpov.github.io/garmoshka
-
@lewisnyman that seems like my MO :p

RT @pauljadam: Don’t use those stupid fake select controls. Just use a real <select> or you’re in for a world of pain! #CSUN14 #a11y http:/…

Having so much fun playing with @angularjs. SOoOoOoo much fun!

@mwichary @nicewebtype Some super quick testing led me to find I wanted ~ 1/16px shadow/font size ratio, hence 0.0625em size
-
@mwichary @nicewebtype Example w/text-shadow: sassmeister.com/gist/9632297
-
@mwichary @nicewebtype yah, give me like 15 minutes
-
@nicewebtype @mwichary @Medium I missed that. Don’t understand the “multiple fuzzy shadows” though, two w/no blur work pretty good.
-
@davereid Haha, my mom will be pleased (she runs that program).

RT @paul_irish: Free online device testing labs from both Samsung (developer.samsung.com/remotetestlab) and Nokia (developer.nokia.com/resources/remote-device-access). Require Java.
-
@nicewebtype @Medium (not perfect, but a start)
-
@nicewebtype @Medium You can simulate clearing of descenders w/text-shadow: text-shadow: 2px 2px 0 white, -2px 0 0 white;

@rupl @elyseholladay :D I approve
-
@elyseholladay @rupl agreed though, Mou is great for general notepad, it’s my go-to for shirt form.
-
@elyseholladay @rupl yah, it falls over when trying to open North. Atom shows GFM rendered, which is nice. I like Mou’s + themes though.
-
@elyseholladay @rupl I’m a big mou fan but find its performance recently to be terrible :(
-
@rupl Markdown and sublime don’t play well together. Atom is fantastic for MD, but the editor kinda sucks otherwise
-
@adamcbrewer fantastic! There’s an issue for enhancing that section already: github.com/Snugug/north/issues/37
-
@adamcbrewer Also, glad you like!
-
@adamcbrewer The goal of North is to be a (curated) collective doc; discussion and improvement welcome
