@ry5n @thefubhy is drawing one up and @lewisnyman is going to bring it up for the style guide.
-
@ericjduran We need these for the office: cheezburger.com/7541563904
-
@lewisnyman @thefubhy Awesome.
-
@lewisnyman like @thefubhy said. It doesn’t remove the ltr styles for rtl, just doubles down for rtl.
-
@lewisnyman @thefubhy The “rtl” stuff only happens on page load. No JS powered language/dir change w/the current system. Total anti-pattern
-
@lewisnyman @thefubhy The five lines extra? Yah, I’m cool w/that. Better than the anti-pattern we’ve got. Plus allows for on-fly changes
-
@thefubhy You’re awesome. Thanks.
-
Drupal’s *-rtl.css is a super terrible anti-pattern. We’ve already got dir on our HTML, we should use it! Strip that shit out of Drupal 8.
-
@thefubhy WHAT THE FUCK! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT! MY EYES! THEY BURN!
-
@thefubhy D8! That means we can change that terrible godamn anti-pattern. Let’s change it, not codify it.
-
@thefubhy That’s not a D7 Core module…
-
@thefubhy Grepping fails me, what file is that in?
-
@thefubhy Actually, we can encourage our users to do it correctly w/dir. Don’t need to live w/BS
-
@thefubhy Not that I know of, but that’s an anti-pattern on Drupal’s part. Should be done w/[dir=“rtl”], esp in Sass w/[dir=“rtl”] & {}
-
Pushed out some improvements to Armadillo (my @yeoman static site generator). Added --new-dir and --git flags. Go check it out!
-
@marcvangend Welcome!
-
@marcvangend Oh do it, it’s awesome. Be sure to activate ‘booze_test’ module and go to /booze to see stuff rendering through SCOTCH
-
@marcvangend Scotch does away w/a lot of what I do in Aurora.
-
@marcvangend @sdboyer @Crell groups.drupal.org/node/287563 for overview, drupal.org/sandbox/eclipsegc/1441840 for repo, princess branch

NYC #protip. While tourists don’t have dedicated sidewalks (like they should), native New Yorkers do. They’re labeled “Bus Lane”.
-
@eatings it’s gotten tons of awards, but IMO it’s mediocre BBQ with a good sauce.
-
I have now had Slat Lick twice and have been disappointed twice. Looking forward to @drupalcon Austin to go back to Black’s.
-
Thinking I probably souls have worn my Black’s BBQ shirt out today, seen if I could get myself some looks from some pit masters.
-
Everyone getting ribs today are suckers. The brisket and pulled pork is where it’s at.
