@JMoughon We haven’t released a version of Breakpoint compatible w/Sass 3.3 yet to utilize the native function :\ Soon.
-
@JMoughon With pure Sass? Breakpoint needs a Ruby function, so until Sass 3.3 lands, it needs to be run through Compass.

Hey guys, remember Static that I built a few weeks ago? Well I turned it into a @yeoman generator! Behold Armadillo! github.com/snugug/generator-armadillo

There’s a TMZ camera man hanging out in front if my building waiting for Amanda Bynes to come back. Pop culture is silly.

@Professor Affiliate programs also miss the point of display advertising; to make money for the site they’re no, not to sell the product.
-
@Professor …too far out to be reasonably though of as a solution. Especially with whatever may come next.
-
@Professor Considering the talks I’ve had suggest it takes about 5 years for a new ad size to become standard, changing 2 industries seems…
-
@Professor Then both how affiliate programs work and how advertising works needs to change. Also skeptical that it’d be “just a few links"
-
@ircmaxell animated gifs
-
@Professor nope. I wouldn’t. Affiliate programs have been around for a long time and they haven’t become widespread yet.
-
@Professor others won’t though. We’ll see how it pans out.
-
@Professor the issue I’m finding is that new forms of advertising are simply too far away. Waiting may hold back the web.
-
@Professor interestingly enough, I’m talking web, not TV. But it’s going to happen there too.
-
@Professor just about. I think the big thing is that it hasn’t been brought to the attention of both groups yet. At least what I’ve seen.
-
Coming soon is a time when the goals of ad sales and the goal of product owners will no longer align. I’m curious which group will win.

UA sniffing will not tell you what device is browsing your site or what features are available, only what the browser claims to be.
