I never really liked or used IDEs, so this is new territory for me seeing if that added functionality is something I’ll grow to like or even use

@verpixelt @benjaminkott @code Good news! It’s gotten fast enough to be useable (noticeable but not detrimental lag on startup), hence why I’m trying it out.

@benjaminkott @code I’ve been checking back in every once in a while, but it’s never been fast enough for me to replace Sublime Text with it. I’m also an a-typical user; I’d probably use vim if I didn’t hate terminal editors

Ok, I think I’ve got @code set up well enough to give it a try again as my main text editor. New year, new editor, right?

Would anyone be interested in a little write-up on serving Express rendered websites via Cloud functions (serverless) and @Firebase? Figuring it out yesterday was fun.

@Firebase Oh, interesting! If I want dynamic content then I need to use Cloud Functions! So I get to play with those today for the first time! Nice!

Playing with @Firebase for the first time, trying to learn the platforms I get to work with now, and I quite like it so far! Really easy to get up and running with web hosting. I dig it!
