  • @rupl I wouldn’t remove content in favor of JS, but free with the 3rd party JS. The question is, though, why not have it all & small? Chibi!

  • @rupl smaller and modular is nice, but chibi is 2kb gzipped w/class, attr, selectors, Ajax, bind. Sizzle isn’t even that small IIRC

  • @attiks Very welcome! Plugins are great, but I find a lot of them crufty for the stuff I like doing, esp. with #rwd

  • So, in all seriousness, I ask why you would ever want to use jQuery when you’ve got chibi? github.com/kylebarrow/chibi

  • Really impressed by the Nexus 7. Feels really good, Android 4 is nice. Let’s see how it stacks up to the iPad in regular use.

  • @rupl respond-to runs off of the Breakpoint engine, so both rock. I prefer respond-to. If you run into any questions, ping me!

  • @rupl yah, it’s a good idea. Break points are hard. Agreed. Actually, Breakpoint is about to get much more powerful with context lookup

  • @rupl breakpoint or respond-to, both compass extensions, and no. I wrote the first draft of them moths ago
