@LaughingManiac no, it’s not. It’s an open source bitmap editor. Unfortunately, nothing is quite as good as Photoshop.

@LaughingManiac Yes, but you get Photoshop as part of the suite. And Illustrator. And Flash, Fireworks, inDesign, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat.

It’s hard to imagine that Photoshop+Illustrator stand alone should cost the same as the entire Design Premium 7 app suite.
