Sunday Easter roast in England, at the Swan, with @DamonDeaner. Pickled walnuts with beats, ricotta, and honey. Yum!

Gouda with truffles, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, balsamic onions, and bacon grilled cheese for breakfast.

Cheese plate, roasted eggplant, mushroom hash with fried eggs.

Roasted pork chop, roasted parsnips and carrots, sauteed fiddleheads, pickled onions and habaneros

Roasted chicken, roasted romanesco, sautéed fiddleheads, parsnip purée with roasted garlic.
