@bleen18 Also, I built an app to track everything because frankly I hate all of the weight loss/health apps that exist.

@bleen18 The tl;dr was I paid super close attention to calorie intake and made sure I ate less that my total daily energy expenditure. I’ve also gotten into a small-medium breakfast, medium-large lunch, fast cycle, but that’s only because I find myself not hungry with that pattern.

Since October, I’ve been on a weight loss journey, and today I hit a milestone that I’m super proud of. For the first time in my adult life, maybe even including high school, I weigh less than 200lb. This time last year I weighed close to 285lb.

@amye What’s your dough recipe?! I miss these so much from Austin I bought a whole cookbook for their recipe but haven’t made then yet. Any tips would be appreciated!

@patak_dev @zachleat @slinkitydotdev This all looks super interesting! Excited to see the server API & if it can integrate into my Vite plugin!
I do take a Vite-first approach as opposed to an 11ty-first approach; I wanted more of an integration into the Vite ecosystem than the other way around. Room for both!

I always forget the secret sauce to getting Flexbox to be able to swap from 1 column to 2 without media queries (a common component pattern I wind up seeing) so I made a small @CodePen so I don’t forget again.
