Should I translate sub-URLs too? So [foo.dev/en/samples](http://foo.dev/en/samples) becomes [foo.dev/fr/l-exemple](http://foo.dev/fr/l-exemple) instead of [foo.dev/fr/samples](http://foo.dev/fr/samples)?
