@UberEats has failed spectacularly this evening. Have an order, ordered 1.5 hours ago, said was suppose to be delivered 1 hour ago, right before delivery scheduled started saying “looking for driver” and stuck there since. Cancelling would charge full amount.

  1. And support? What fucking support. @Uber_Support isn’t responding after initial DM and in-app support is worthless, and there’s no other support options.

    1. Resolution: apparently they’re aren’t any delivery drivers in Austin. Order cancelled by Uber at just under the 2 hour mark.
