One more milestone down. While I know it’s flawed, according to my BMI, again for the first time in my adult life, I’m no longer considered overweight.

I’ve got some more work left to hit my goal weight, but I’m almost there. Maybe a blog about my journey when I hit it.

    1. Today I hit my weight loss goal. I’m officially under 180lb. 13 days, and a wedding and a week-long vacation later than I estimated, but I made it. My next goal is getting below 20% bodyfat, which will hopefully be by the end of the month.
