Sous vide chicken with shiitake mushrooms and sage, thyme, and brown butter sauce, brown butter roasted butternut squash mash, roasted asparagus and purple potatoes. Dixie Ultra plate.
Another sous vide adventure! Chicken with a lemon, white wine, shallot, thyme, garlic, and mushroom sauce. Back on the roasted purples and asparagus, but mix of white and green tonight.
Final cook! Country breakfast! Made scrambled eggs with sautéed tomatoes and onions, from scratch drop biscuits and a Dutch baby. @biggs_annie’s grandfather made the grits.
