Let’s talk about this spork that is the only utensil at a local taco shop. Add it to your “2 unit tests, 0 integration tests “ memes, or your “self-congratulatory design that fails the user” memes.
Let’s start with the fork. First, it’s a sub-par fork. But worse then that, holding it means putting your thumb in the spoon, resulting in an awkward, frustrating grip at an angle ill-conceived for poking #NotMySpork
Then the spoon. A perfectly fine spoon, except to use it you’ve gotta impale your hand on the fork side! #NotMySpork
But the biggest issue is it fails as a spork! Want to eat a meal that requires both sides? Then you need two, else your grubby hands are going to be sitting in the eating ends on every alternate use! You need 2 of these if you need a spoon and a fork. #NotMySpork
And I can’t imagine this custom design is cheaper than a standard fork and standard spoon. It’s pure self-congratulatory nonsense that’s an annoying pain to eat with. Stop being cute. Either give me separate utensils or one properly unified one. #NotMySpork
