@united UA1837 our of EWR is suppose to board in 20 minutes and there’s no gate agent and no plane. What gives? Ya really think we’re only running 13 minutes late?!
@united The app says the aircraft we’re waiting on actually landed 50 minutes ago. Where is it? Did it get lost on the EWR tarmac? Or is your app out of date and you just have no good info tonight.
