OMG! @georgecs just pointed out that @ZenhubHQ’s Roadmap tool shows % done of both the Projects & Epics on it, and you can adjust timeline to estimate when they’ll be done by aligning progress bar w/the Today marker.

Honestly, ZH is the best PM tool I’ve ever used.

@jeffposnick @seriouseats @_developit I do and I am! I’m happy I saw her struggles with it; her settling on sous vide is one of the reasons I attempted it. Validation that it’s the preferred method for a pro pastry chef makes me feel like it’s a “legit” method to use.

I used the @seriouseats sous vide chocolate tempering method using 70% unsweetened dark chocolate. It came out great I think? And was super easy. Shiny and snappy piggy chocolates.
