  • Riffed on @altonbrownā€™s American Classics X chicken parmesan (on garlic bread) for dinner. Reducing the tomato sauce to a paste is such an amazing addition to the dish!

Also, garlic bread #protip: roast one head of garlic per hoagie roll, mix with 1/4 stick butter, spread, bake.

  • OMG! @georgecs just pointed out that @ZenhubHQā€™s Roadmap tool shows % done of both the Projects & Epics on it, and you can adjust timeline to estimate when theyā€™ll be done by aligning progress bar w/the Today marker.

    Mind. Blown.

Honestly, ZH is the best PM tool Iā€™ve ever used.

  • @jeffposnick @seriouseats @_developit I do and I am! Iā€™m happy I saw her struggles with it; her settling on sous vide is one of the reasons I attempted it. Validation that itā€™s the preferred method for a pro pastry chef makes me feel like itā€™s a ā€œlegitā€ method to use.

  • I used the @seriouseats sous vide chocolate tempering method using 70% unsweetened dark chocolate. It came out great I think? And was super easy. Shiny and snappy piggy chocolates.
